Position: SkillBridge Modeling & Simulation Analyst Training Program (STORM)

Location: Vienna, VA

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Operations Research Analyst who is eager to engage in the STORM program to conduct comprehensive analyses of military planning processes.

Requirements:
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • U.S. Citizenship with the capability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to utilize formal analytical methods to generate impactful analyses
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in a STEM field (mathematics, physics, operations research, engineering, statistics, computer science, systems engineering, or related disciplines)
  • Familiarity with or a desire to learn about the Synthetic Theater Operations Research Model (STORM) is advantageous
Training Outcomes
  • Utilizes campaign models and simulation methodologies and/or wargaming to evaluate a variety of challenges within the Department of Defense
  • Assists operational planning teams through modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) to scrutinize theater operations
