Position Overview
As a Concrete Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the activities of skilled workers within a designated construction zone, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and guide the workforce assigned to your area, ensuring that all construction activities align with the provided blueprints and quality benchmarks.
2. Act as the designated safety authority on-site, proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards that may pose risks to personnel, and taking necessary actions to mitigate these risks.
3. Assist in the preparation of concrete mixtures, utilizing appropriate tools and machinery.
4. Manage the logistics of materials by loading, transporting, unloading, and supplying essential tools and equipment to skilled tradespeople.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, restocking materials and supplies as needed.
6. Oversee the installation of mobile and stationary scaffolding in compliance with company protocols.
7. Support the handling and positioning of materials during installation processes.
8. Conduct minor maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment used by skilled workers.
9. Perform additional routine tasks as directed by the skilled trades personnel.
10. Repair imperfections in concrete surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques.
11. Coordinate the workflow of assigned personnel, adjusting work sequences to meet project timelines and reporting progress to management.
12. Ensure that all team members are well-informed of the company's safety regulations.
13. Maintain effective communication with client representatives and report any potential issues to project management.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and abilities:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficient in identifying and assessing workplace hazards.
- Strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills to understand and convey safety protocols and material instructions.
- Capability to interpret construction drawings.
- Effective communication skills for supervising staff and fostering client relationships.
- Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and navigate ladders and scaffolding.
- Willingness to work at heights and in varying temperatures while adhering to safety equipment requirements.
