We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sumitomo Wiring Systems (U.S.A.), Inc. in El Paso, TX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate order management, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Act as primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Manage all customer orders, ensuring accurate order receipt and entry, on-time delivery of daily shipments, and timely execution of expedited shipping requests.
- Monitor stock inventory levels to ensure availability to meet customer demand, communicate with customers, MSF locations, corporate staff, and other suppliers to ensure timely arrival of finished goods.
- Coordinate special deliveries, communicate order status to customers, and coordinate/communicate shipment requirements with mfg locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned, as necessary.
- Previous experience negotiating with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Minimum WPM 40-45 with 100% accuracy.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
