Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- Understanding of methods and practices for supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to conduct and interpret assessments and medical treatments.
- Safe driving skills and a valid driver's license.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Educational Background
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred qualifications include a Certified Nursing Assistant certification, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and demonstrate a satisfactory driving record.
- For those using personal vehicles for transportation, appropriate insurance coverage is required.
Physical Demands
