Key Responsibilities:- Work with the Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting Resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community.
- Assist with orienting all residents to activity programs under the direction of the Director of Activities.
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions, with a proven track record of compassion, integrity, and honesty.
- Have the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas.
- Foster teamwork with co-workers, show initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years required experience in Senior Assisted Living.
