About the Role

Lumotive is seeking a seasoned Lead ASIC Verification Engineer to spearhead the verification of our Beam Steering Mixed Signal ASIC controller. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for defining and implementing verification strategies, developing comprehensive test plans, and leading mixed signal full-chip verification to achieve project milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute verification plans, including creating testbenches, test cases, and coverage metrics.
  • Lead a team of junior engineers in mixed signal verification, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure verification meets project requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mixed signal verification.
  • Ensure compliance with Automotive Functional Safety ISO26262 standards.
Requirements
  • BSEE or MSEE in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in design verification, preferably in complex Mixed Signal SoCs & ASIC.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing verification plans.
  • Experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, and AMS methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge in ARM-based SOC verification.
  • Taped out multiple Mixed Signal SOC/ASIC successfully.
  • Experience in post-silicon bring-up and validation.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
