KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Financial Risk Management Analyst will:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Front Office Sales team, collaborating with Corporate Banking Relationship Managers, Capital Markets professionals, and external stakeholders in managing risks associated with Foreign Exchange, Commodities, and Interest Rate Derivative products.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of client orders, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Create tailored client presentations and sensitivity analyses, guided by the FRM Sales and Management teams.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials and in-depth market analyses, including visual representations that highlight historical trends, forecasts, and pricing anomalies.
  • Assist FRM Sales teams in updating and optimizing pipeline reports for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other product teams to foster teamwork and identify new opportunities across the Wholesale Banking sector.
  • Engage with the FRM e-commerce product team to enhance client experiences and maximize trading volumes and revenue.
  • Work closely with product development managers to drive new business initiatives and services.
  • Network within the industry to gain insights into market dynamics and build relationships that strengthen our client base.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in finance, computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services or a similar environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to remain composed under pressure, with quick and clear decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, essential for coordinating with diverse teams and client types.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of electronic markets is advantageous.
