Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at a premier client in Columbia, SC. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, researching, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing and adjudicating claims, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Maintaining effective customer relations through courteous and professional communication.
  • Identifying and addressing complex complaints, referring them to leads or managers when necessary.

You'll work closely with our team to ensure high-quality service delivery and meet productivity standards.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Professional, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of call center experience, including 1 year of claims or appeals processing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Basic business math proficiency and attention to detail.
