Position PurposeThe Lender Finance Group Relationship Manager (LFG RM) plays a critical role in evaluating the financial information and needs of prospective and existing borrowers. This involves gathering and analyzing credit information, conducting in-depth company, financial, and industry analysis, and performing due diligence to evaluate risk/return structures of financing transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Conducts thorough financial analysis and research to underwrite loan renewals, extensions, and modifications.
- Ensures all required documentation is collected and maintained as required by existing policy.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Leverages customer knowledge to proactively identify and recommend opportunities to cross-sell additional loan and non-credit products to clients.
- Ensures loan terms and conditions adhere to established credit policy.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in a commercial lending environment with proven experience in credit evaluation, portfolio risk assessment, and/or special assets.
- Experience managing complex loan portfolios.
