Job Location: Middletown, PA

Shift Details: Saturday - Monday, starting at 1:00 AM until the end of sorting operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting hourly wage of $17.00
  • Weekly pay schedule

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Worker/Package Handler:

  • Prioritize safety as our core value
  • Unload trailers and categorize packages based on zip codes
  • Load delivery trucks efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals

Required Skills:

  • Ability to remain active on your feet throughout the shift
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability are essential
  • Capability to lift weights up to 75 pounds
  • Willingness to work in varying temperatures within the warehouse
  • Recommended to wear gloves and sturdy work boots

Referral Program:

  • Earn a referral bonus of $500 for successful candidate referrals
  • Bonus payout structure: $250 after 45 days and an additional $250 after 90 days of the referred candidate's employment
  • Eligibility for referrals made during specified timeframes
