- Organize outreach meetings to strengthen academic connections.
- Coordinate outreach initiatives with various IC agencies.
- Interface with customers, other IC agencies, and internal stakeholders, including the DEIA Lead.
- Manage activities such as seminar setups, outreach (both in-person and virtual), and monitoring of federal grants.
- Utilize tools such as MS Office, WebEx, and MS Teams for effective communication and coordination.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 18 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience.
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment, academic outreach, and the IC community is essential.
- Proven experience in liaising with and coordinating efforts with academic institutions.
- Demonstrated capability in supporting the administration, coordination, and implementation of policies and practices associated with leadership and management.
- Experience with Congressionally Directed Actions, grants, and the development of position papers and communication points is highly desirable.

Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this role based on experience and other relevant factors.
