Job Opportunity

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team at ADVOC8 as freelance experiential production professionals. Our company is dedicated to creating memorable brand experiences, and we are looking for people who share our passion and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event/Experiential Producer: Oversee the planning and execution of experiential events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Technical Producer: Manage the technical aspects of events, including logistics, equipment, and personnel.
  • Production Coordinators: Assist in the coordination of events, including communication with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Production Designers: Develop and implement creative concepts for events, including design, layout, and visual elements.
  • Technologists: Provide technical expertise and support for events, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Digital Marketers: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote events and engage with audiences.
  • Event Marketers: Plan and execute event marketing campaigns, including promotional materials, social media, and email marketing.
  • Brand Ambassadors and Onsite Production Assistants: Represent the company and provide support at events, including setup, registration, and on-site management.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of creative workflow and event production.
