Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a To Go Specialist at RA Sushi Bar Restaurant. As a key member of our takeout and delivery team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Interaction: Greet all guests warmly and with a smile upon their arrival, providing a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
  • Order Processing: Promptly answer phone calls and assist guests with orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions via our point-of-sale system.
  • Order Fulfillment: Assemble and pack orders according to our packaging guidelines, ensuring a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
  • Station Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized station, ensuring the cleanliness of all equipment, including POS systems, printers, and counters.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries related to operating hours, prices, menus, and directions to the restaurant, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain constant communication with fellow employees to ensure smooth operations and provide backup coverage when necessary.
  • Third-Party Partnerships: Liaise with third-party delivery partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment and guest satisfaction.
  • Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Follow proper cash handling and house account reconciliation procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous host/cashier experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, knowledge of Aloha POS or similar systems, and tablet operation is a plus.
