Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

Hotel Durham LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest registration, checkout, and service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including guest service, telephone, and bell services.
  • Assist in coordinating guest service efforts, including group arrivals and departures, and guest transportation.
  • Monitor and track guest satisfaction surveys to maximize usage of the guest response tracking system.
  • Assist with training and development of front office staff, including cross-training for all positions.
  • Communicate effectively with staff to provide clear direction and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including room inventory status and front desk operations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of hotel management or leadership experience.
  • 1+ years of hotel operations experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
