Key Responsibilities:

The Concessions Beverage Expert will:

• Craft exceptional beverages using high-quality spirits, fresh ingredients, and unique garnishes.

• Welcome guests and accurately take beverage orders from both patrons and servers.

• Prepare drinks, cocktails, and other beverages in accordance with established standards.

• Maintain an organized and visually appealing bar area to facilitate efficient service.

• Provide guests with detailed information about beverage options and make recommendations based on their preferences.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop mixers and garnishes.

• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.

• Manage cash transactions and adhere to all cash handling protocols.

• Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary supplies and prepare requisitions as needed.

• Serve food items to guests seated at the bar.

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menus and promotions.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including regular cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards.

• Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• BASSET certification is required.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• A minimum of two years of bartending experience is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of drink recipes and the ability to create unique beverages.

• Strong understanding of wine characteristics is advantageous.

• Commitment to maintaining personal hygiene and professional appearance.

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively during service execution.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions.

• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations.

• Friendly and approachable demeanor is essential.

• Proficiency in English for effective communication with guests.

• Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Access to a working email for communication with management.
