Maintenance Inventory Specialist

ALPLA, a global family-owned company, seeks a skilled Maintenance Inventory Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that parts are available on time to prevent machine downtime. Your duties will include purchasing maintenance, machine repair, and spare parts to OEM specifications and safety standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, performing random cycle counts, and establishing vendor relationships. If you have a strong background in manufacturing and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase maintenance, machine repair, and spare parts to OEM specifications and safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform random cycle counts
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships
- Assist in training other ALPLA employees on the use of MP2 inventory, equipment, and work order modules
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
