The Maintenance Planner is a critical role responsible for reducing equipment downtime, loss prevention, and related site costs by driving the organization to a planned proactive state.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain validated procedures to ensure optimal execution and analysis of all planned work.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations teams to develop and maintain job plans, records, and files.
- Coordinate manpower, parts, and materials for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Utilize SAP to schedule work and ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with supervisors and parts coordinators to schedule work and manage inventory.
- Support TPM Pillar, HSE Program Elements, and Resource Conservation initiatives.
- Technical experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or equivalent experience.
- SAP knowledge for scheduling.
- Ability to detail plan and schedule internal resources and contractors.
- Strong competencies in technical knowledge and project management.
- Formal and hands-on training in computer software and CMMS.
- Good oral/written communication skills, including presentation skills.
