Position Summary:
DnA, a division of SOCOTEC, is a prominent Special Inspection firm offering a diverse range of services with a strong emphasis on material and forensic testing. Our dedicated team of special inspections professionals is committed to delivering exceptional quality in Special Inspection and Testing Services, with extensive experience in large-scale projects and occupied facilities.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage various special inspection projects.
- Coordinate inspection schedules and dispatch personnel.
- Administer project budgets related to inspections.
- Ensure all required inspections are conducted as per project specifications.
- Maintain a detailed log of ongoing and incomplete work.
- Collaborate with the team to process monthly project invoices.
- Participate in field meetings as required.
- Notify the Director regarding any necessary Change Orders.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in management, construction management, engineering, or architecture is advantageous but not mandatory.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience is essential, preferably with a construction background. Experience in special inspections is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in computer applications are required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively.
