We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lessons Lead to join our team at Music and Arts Co Defunct. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving student growth and excellence in our lesson program.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Promotional Programs: Increase student count within the lesson program by driving and maintaining sales and promotional programs.
- Rehearsal Space Sales: Sell rehearsal space to customers.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with parents and students to ensure an overall positive experience.
- Instructional Support: Provide guidance to instructors, including scheduling and curriculum management.
- Curriculum Sales: Maintain and increase curriculum sales.
- Facility Management: Ensure systems are functioning properly and maintain the lesson and rehearsal schedules for the facility.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction (admin, retail non-instruction, etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Associates Degree
- Skilled understanding of Guitar Center retail systems and processes
