Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to work as part of our dynamic Inpatient Float Pool team. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also administer medications, monitor patient reactions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $75,000-$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. You will be working in Enola, Pennsylvania, at one of our state-of-the-art facilities.
