IT Project Coordinator

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of M&A processes, exceptional organizational skills, and a background in managing infrastructure-related projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
### Project Coordination
Coordinate and manage M&A projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resources, and milestones. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
### M&A Support
Assist in the due diligence process, including the collection, organization, and analysis of relevant data and documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities. Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation required for M&A transactions.
### Infrastructure Management
Coordinate infrastructure-related projects, including upgrades, expansions, and maintenance activities. Ensure that infrastructure projects align with organizational goals and comply with regulatory requirements. Monitor the performance of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
### Communication and Collaboration
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and effective project execution. Organize and lead project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
### Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and financial records. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure that all project documentation is compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in project coordination, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and infrastructure projects.
* Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition management.
* Experience in managing infrastructure projects, including knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
