We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dentist to join our dynamic team at Magnolia Family Dentistry. As a distinguished member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional dental care to our patients and contribute to the success of our practice.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a high level of clinical expertise and leadership skills. As a senior dentist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to our patients, including routine check-ups, fillings, crowns, and other procedures. You will also be expected to mentor and guide our junior staff members, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality dental care to patients, including routine check-ups, fillings, crowns, and other procedures.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practice.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Requirements
  • DDS/DMD degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Louisiana.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in general dentistry.
  • Excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff members.
