We are seeking a skilled LTC RN to join our team in Central Kentucky. This 12-hour night shift position offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth.
About the JobThis nursing role is part of a 13-week assignment at Critical Illness and Rehab Select Specialty Hospital - Central Kentucky. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Clinical license and specialty certifications as mandated by State
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association
- Two current clinical references
- Ability to pass background check
- Physical examination within 12 months
