Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Step Down Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at TotalMed in Danville, Kentucky.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse in our Step Down Unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  3. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

Must hold a current RN license and have at least 1 year of experience in a Step Down Unit setting.
