Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled PCB Layout Designer to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a designer, you will work on complex mixed signal, high density PCB designs with a focus on high reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex mixed signal, high density PCB designs
  • Provide detailed documentation for fabrication and assembly
  • Serve as a technical expert resource for PCB design and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and innovation
  • Maintain and update eCAD libraries and interfaces with vendors and suppliers
  • Design and develop electronic schematics and PCB layouts

Requirements:

  • University degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or 9 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of industry standards such as IPC and ANSI
  • Experience with Mentor EDM and Cadence tools
  • Understanding of Signal Integrity analysis tools
