Compensation:
$18 to $22 per hour based on experience

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Ensure construction projects adhere to company design standards
  • Oversee job readiness, including communication with installers and coordination of material and equipment deliveries
  • Maintain quality control and support the builder upgrade initiative.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors
  • Foster professional relationships with builders
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including job packets, change orders, and timecards
  • Engage in training seminars and classes
  • Commit to a training schedule for NATE certification
  • Adhere to all safety regulations
  • Accurately measure, cut, and drill as required
  • Demonstrate both written and verbal proficiency in English
  • Possess basic safety knowledge of tools and testing devices
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to work in confined, elevated, or low spaces
  • Comfortable working from a ladder
  • Capable of manipulating objects with fingers
  • Ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
