Job Title: Project Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Foreman to join our team at Reveal Excavation in the Missoula area.

Job Summary:

The Project Foreman will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review plans and proposal specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Manage assigned projects that were successfully bid, ensuring timely completion and quality control
  • Maintain documentation of quantities and value of work estimated/completed to support forecasting for future project performance
  • Coordinate daily crew activities to maximize productivity and quality
  • Enter Daily Timecards/Diaries and monitor subcontractors' work
  • Communicate with project engineers and project managers as needed
  • Operate equipment as necessary to maintain maximum efficiency
  • Teach, educate, and manage subordinates' time to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure safety and environmental regulation compliance
  • Assure all company safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors observed
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Minimum 5 years operating experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to read and thoroughly understand construction plans and specifications
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Needs an understanding and skills in the operation of all types of equipment
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to problem solve and communicate corrective actions quickly and effectively
  • Ability to work flexible schedules as project management demands fluctuate
  • Ability to display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers
  • Experience and extensive knowledge in foundation excavations, slab preps, grading, and water and sewer utility installations
  • Ability to run project with limited site supervision
