Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance to Arootah clients on investor relations matters.
- Develop and implement effective monthly action plans to achieve client goals.
- Identify and address internal and contextual roadblocks to client success.
- Break down complex goals into actionable steps and devise plans for implementation.
- Provide clients with resources and support to implement their action plans.
- Implement policies, procedures, and control measures to ensure industry best practices.
- Review, analyze, and report on client performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and scoring matrices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of consulting results.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar IR/Marketing role within a Hedge Fund, Alternative Investment Firm, or Family Office.
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and establish strong relationships with institutional clients.
- Knowledge of multi-asset sectors and investment types, including public equity, private equity, fixed income, and absolute return oriented multi-strategy.
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, as well as superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident client presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong project management and follow-through skills, with a self-starter mentality.
- A competitive hourly rate of $200-$400.
