About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Neurology Physician to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. As a key member of our Neurosciences Institute, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare.

Responsibilities

As a General Neurology Physician, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of neurological conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, and multiple sclerosis.
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team of neurologists, neurosurgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participating in our robust education and research programs, including journal clubs, conferences, and research projects.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of a neurology residency program.
  • Board certification in neurology (ABPN) or eligibility for certification.
  • Current medical licensure in the State of Washington.
  • Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
