Cultivation Specialist

Cresco Labs is a leading cannabis company seeking a skilled Cultivation Agent to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation team, you will be responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Your primary focus will be on monitoring and maintaining plant production and health, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain plant health through pruning, topping, trimming, and other tasks as required.
- Ensure efficient plant movement and transplanting to optimize growth and yield.
- Harvest and process plants in a timely and organized manner.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe cultivation facility, including waste disposal and equipment maintenance.
- Document plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and other relevant information accurately.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
- Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates with varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
