Job Title: Cultivation Agent
Job Summary:
Cresco Labs is seeking a skilled Cultivation Agent to join our team. As a Cultivation Agent, you will be responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Your primary duties will include monitoring and maintaining plant production and health, ensuring high-quality product, and maintaining organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the production area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant Care:
- Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, and performing other tasks as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized cultivation area, including the safe disposal of waste.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Perform all assigned duties to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility.
- Reports and Documentation:
- Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
- Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
