Cultivation Agent Job Summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a skilled Cultivation Agent to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation team, you will be responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Your primary focus will be on monitoring and maintaining plant production and health, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant Care: Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, and performing other tasks as required by Cresco Labs policy.
  • Facility Cleaning: Perform assigned duties to maintain a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste.
  • Reports and Documentation: Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest, ensuring accurate documentation of plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
  • Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions.
