PDS Tech Commercial is a renowned provider of technical solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Test Engineer in Phoenix, AZ.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of hardware test strategies and solutions to ensure product excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate hardware performance and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Write and maintain advanced test automation scripts to optimize the testing process.
  • Operate and maintain complex test equipment, including Test Instruments, RF equipment, and Rack Stack ATE systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant certification processes, such as DO-160, DO-178, DO-254.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster growth and development.

Compensation:

  • An estimated salary range of $69.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and additional voluntary benefits.
