Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with established protocols.
  • Supervise and monitor medication administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to develop and implement resident care plans.
  • Provide education and training to staff members on medication administration and resident care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services.

Requirements

  • Current CNA certification or completed PCA training.
  • High School diploma or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors.
  • Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment.
