Medical Laboratory Technician PRN

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at AdventHealth. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory procedures in assigned areas, exercising independent judgment under general supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing of blood and/or human biological specimens.
- Exercise independent judgment under general supervision.
- Actively participate in outstanding customer service and maintain relationships that are equally respectful to all.
- Perform various support activities to facilitate operation of assigned department or work area.
- Perform assigned pre-analytical activities related to laboratory testing.
- Perform all expected tests and analytical procedures for assigned department or work area efficiently and accurately.
- Provide and act on technical and support information related to the elements of laboratory testing for all age groups.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or an equivalent term.
- Medical Laboratory Technician License/Certification.
