About the Role:

Solomon Page is seeking a skilled Mobile Rehabilitation Specialist to join their team in South Windsor, Connecticut. As a Mobile Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized rehabilitation plans, focusing on physical therapy and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans for patients, incorporating physical therapy techniques and exercises.
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
* Document patient progress, medical history, and treatment plans accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

* Certification from an accredited program in physical therapy or a related field.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
* Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, with frequent movement and lifting as needed.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion, with excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Salary and Benefits:

* Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $80,000 based on 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, and depending on experience.
