Travel Rehabilitation Specialist

At PRIDE Health, we are seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join our team in South Windsor, Connecticut.
About the JobThis 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your clinical skills in a dynamic environment. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with physical disabilities or impairments, with the goal of helping them achieve maximum independence and mobility.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their physical function and overall quality of life.
- Administer various therapies, such as exercises, stretches, and manual techniques, to help patients regain strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
