Culinary Care Specialist

The Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center LLC is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Care Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Estimated Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:As a Culinary Care Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to our residents, ensuring that they receive high-quality care and exceptional dining experiences. Your duties will include:
- Preparing and cooking meals in accordance with dietary needs and preferences;
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment;
- Assisting with meal planning and menu development;
- Collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
To be successful as a Culinary Care Specialist, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior living or healthcare setting;
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition and dietetics;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
