Title:
LTSS Service Care Manager

As a key member of the Spectraforce Technologies team, this role requires delivering high-quality work while traveling to complete assessments and collaborating with other teams and providers to ensure member care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify health and safety risks/gaps and coordinate member care
• Communicate effectively with members, families, and healthcare teams
• Travel to complete assessments and provide care

Requirements:
• Speak and write English and Spanish
• 2+ years of experience in a managed care environment or working with people with disabilities and vulnerable populations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and Adobe

Preferred Qualifications:
• Typing speed of 50 wpm or higher
• Experience with medical terminology and disease processes

Testing:
Typing test preferred
