Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
  • Support the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) by identifying and resolving technical and policy challenges related to overhead SIGINT systems.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the Intelligence Community to provide comprehensive systems engineering assistance for the development and planning of National SIGINT systems.
  • Engage with intelligence agencies and military services to accurately capture and document requirements for next-generation systems.
  • Participate in meetings, working groups, and integrated product teams to monitor systems engineering plans and the deployment of space and ground processing systems.
  • Contribute to the production of detailed documentation that maps customer requirements to capabilities across the Intelligence Community.
  • Engage in structured analysis of alternatives (AoA) to support decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 15 years of systems engineering experience.
  • Knowledge of National SIGINT technologies and their associated system architecture.
  • An understanding of the policy constraints governing lawful SIGINT operations.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to propose effective solutions to complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with various levels of leadership.

Desired Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will have:
  • Expertise in National Systems SIGINT Ground Architecture or familiarity with relevant Intelligence Community organizations and processes.
  • Some knowledge of the Intelligence Community Capabilities Requirements (ICCR) process and the Joint Capabilities Integration Development Systems (JCIDS) process.
  • Understanding of the Corporate Requirements process within the customer organization.

As a Systems Integration Engineer, you will provide essential support to critical National Missions, ensuring that our engineering solutions meet the highest standards of excellence.
