Position Overview:

As a Senior Wealth Management Consultant at Regions, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing a portfolio of client relationships within the affluent and high-net-worth market segments. This role emphasizes a consultative advisory approach, leveraging sound financial planning and advisory concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a comprehensive suite of wealth management products and services, including financial planning, asset management, personal trust and estate planning, and risk management.
  • Act as a strategic partner, identifying opportunities for relationship growth and asset retention.
  • Expand your client base by acquiring complex client relationships and enhancing services for existing clients to achieve revenue and retention goals.
  • Provide expert guidance in addressing complex client needs and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to foster relationship growth, managing all aspects of client interactions.
  • Independently manage high-value client relationships while ensuring compliance with KYC guidelines and risk management protocols.
  • Support less experienced associates by sharing knowledge and expertise.

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in wealth management or trust investment.
  • Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED with eleven years of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Advanced relationship management and business development skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to client needs and solutions.
