Our office in Charlotte, North Carolina is looking for a Wealth Management Associate Advisor to support clients, wealth advisors, and team members in various capacities to cater to a clientele of high-net-worth individuals and business proprietors. In this position, you will gain insight into various facets of the wealth management sector, including operations, investment oversight, case development, client service strategies, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the client service team to help manage client relationships effectively.
  • Engage in client and prospect meetings as well as networking events.
  • Become proficient with our eMoney financial planning software to aid in crafting financial strategies.
  • Prepare investment portfolio analyses and undertake financial-related projects as required.
  • Gain expertise in our CRM system, managing workflows and associated documentation.
  • Promote best practices and assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a business-related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the Wealth Management or Financial Services sector.
  • Familiarity with Schwab Institutional, eMoney Advisor, Black Diamond, and other financial planning software, including CRM systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, prospects, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and assignments.
  • Basic understanding of income taxation and the impact of portfolio transactions on taxes.
  • Ability to register as an Investment Adviser Representative with an active series 65 registration or willingness to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
  • CFP designation preferred.
