Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.
- Provide an outstanding experience for members and guests through a welcoming and supportive demeanor.

- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in therapy rooms and shared spaces.
Job Requirements:
- Compliance with state licensing laws and regulations is mandatory.
- Liability insurance is required.
- Effective communication skills with clients, management, and colleagues are essential.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage is necessary.
- Familiarity with other modalities (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue) is preferred but not mandatory. Hand and Stone provides training in all modalities to our team members.
- Understanding and belief in the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy and bodywork are crucial.
