Join Hand & Stone in Elevating Standards in Massage Therapy
Our massage practitioners earn competitive hourly rates ranging from $65 to $70, inclusive of enhancements and gratuities. We offer a sign-on bonus of $750, with full details available at the spa.

Essential Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid massage therapy license in Pennsylvania.
- Liability insurance for massage therapy practice.
- Effective communication skills with clients, management, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Swedish Massage is mandatory.
- Familiarity with additional modalities such as Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, and Deep Tissue is advantageous but not required. Training in various modalities is provided.
- A strong belief in the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
