As a Staff Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through the application of independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with all team members.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, other healthcare providers, patients, and their families to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the care delivery team to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
- Graduate of a physician assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the physician assistant (ARC-PA) or a nurse practitioner program approved by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
- Current state PA license certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or CRNP certification.
- Current CPR certification.
- Act 34 Clearance.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
