Tarantino Properties is a leading provider of senior living services. We are seeking a skilled Certified Medication Aide/Tech to join our team at The Courtyards of Odessa Senior Living.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to supervise self-administered medication for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.

**Responsibilities:**

* Supervise self-administered medication for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents in compliance with Federal and State regulations
* Report any changes in resident health and provide proper documentation
* Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain close communication with all departments and staff members
* Provide educational meetings for residents and staff as requested by supervisor
* Maintain confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' information
* Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in an Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Community
* Previous experience as a Medication Technician required
* Certified Medication Aides/Techs a PLUS
* High school diploma or GED
