- Coordinating with various departments to resolve issues, enhance processes, and report on essential metrics.
- Managing daily operations at testing locations and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Overseeing project lifecycle elements such as planning, design, execution, and delivery.
- Supporting leadership by addressing operational challenges and escalating issues as necessary.
- Developing and executing operational processes and enhancements.
- Managing staffing levels, supply requirements, and onsite assistance for testing locations and teams.
- Reporting on project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required; a graduate degree may substitute for one year of experience.
- 5 years of experience in capital program management and 2 years in administration and management.
- Proven experience in project management with the ability to oversee projects from inception to scale.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- High levels of accuracy, transparency, and accountability in work.
- Ability to foster effective relationships with a variety of individuals and groups.
- Previous experience in staff management and familiarity with government/public health preferred.
- Residency in New York City and a valid driver's license preferred.
Work Environment:
This position is based in New York, NY and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, typically across five days.
