- Administer and document current medications and treatments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents and provide clinical supervision of care staff assigned on your unit.
- Perform and document comprehensive assessments on each assigned resident, developing care plans that promote their physical, mental, and psychological well-being.
