AWARE is seeking a skilled and compassionate Relief Residential Technician to join our team. As a Relief Residential Technician, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other staff members to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Implement individual support plans, assessing strengths and skills in daily living to promote independence and self-advocacy.
  • Assist adults with developmental disabilities in identifying, developing, and participating in meaningful activities to increase functional independence.
  • Administer assessment instruments and assist in the development of training programs for persons with developmental disabilities.
  • Assist in training programs that focus on basic living skills, independent living skills, vocational skills, and academic skills.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or HSE required.
  • Past employment experience in a related field.
  • Valid Montana Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Acceptable criminal and protective services background check.
