Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance projects and tasks with minimal supervision, including repairs on various appliances, grounds maintenance, and routine preventative maintenance.
  • Paint, clean, and repair hotel rooms, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and schedule repairs as needed.
  • Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service for guests and corporate departments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 3 years maintenance or related work experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair with hands-on experience.
  • Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards, pool cleaning, and chemical knowledge.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance when on duty.
Work Environment

Exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions. Potential exposure to noise, vibrations, atmospheric conditions, and working in confined or restricted spaces.
