- 3 years maintenance or related work experience.
- Proficient knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair with hands-on experience.
- Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards, pool cleaning, and chemical knowledge.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance when on duty.
Exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions. Potential exposure to noise, vibrations, atmospheric conditions, and working in confined or restricted spaces.
